Richard Spitler is a co-founder and Managing Director of Infolinx. Before founding Infolinx, Rick founded and built Curinos--a  banking data and analytics company serving major North American and International banks.  During the 20 years he headed the company, he innovated several benchmarking and analytical optimization approaches to managing the revenues of banks.  Prior to Curinos, he was a partner at Booz, Allen & Hamilton for 15 years and worked across a wide range of industries. Rick has a math undergraduate degree from William and Mary, a Masters in Computer Science from Rensselaer and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of business

Alan Schiffres is co-founder and Managing Director of Infolinx.

Before founding Infolinx, Alan spent over 40 years in consumer finance, including senior positions at Citicorp, Dean Witter, and American Express, where he served as Chief Credit Officer for the firm’s Gold/Platinum Card Division and consumer lending products.

In addition to his work in industry, Alan was Partner/Managing Director at Novantas Inc. where he led the consulting firm’s Consumer Risk Management and Advanced Analytics practices. He was also Managing Director at Portfolio Management Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in consumer credit risk management.

Alan earned a ScB in Computer Science from Brown University and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Don Kumka is Chief Data Scientist of Infolinx

Prior to his current role at Infolinx, Don held data science positions at Time/Warner, Citibank Card Products Group, Portfolio Management Associates, Novantas Inc, and Curinos as well as a professorship teaching graduate and undergraduate statistics, data science and analytics.   

Over his career Don has been recognized for finding novel data driven solutions to business problems by leveraging cross-discipline analytic techniques and technologies. As Chief Data Scientist, he will bring his decades of experience to developing solutions to the integrity problems currently challenging academic publishing.   

Don holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota. 

Alan Pairmont heads engineering at Infolinx. Prior to helping re-build integrity in the publishing world, his career was heavily focused on copyright/content licensing, and he brings his prolific knowledge of content theft prevention/response to Infolinx. For years, he was head of media licensing firm, Retna, who’s images adorned newstand covers on a weekly basis; covering everything from royal weddings to celebrity memoriams. Alan also helped build several startups in his 2 decade long career, and his passion for content and data shined throughout all.

Benjamin Kumka is an assistant data analyst as well as the web developer. Ben has over a decade of studying database management with a focus on spatial analysis and visualizing data. With degrees in both Geospatial science as well as data management. 

Benjamin has spent time working at the NY Department of Conservation as the lead assistant to the regional scientist. At the NYDEC he was tasked as a spatial data analysis. He also worked as a risk manager for Circleback Lending gaining valuable experience using languages such as R, SQL and python.

With over 10 years of progressive experience in data science and over 7 years experience in consumer banking and credit risk, Lydia has held multiple senior and lead data scientist positions across FinTech companies, including Novantas Inc and Curinos.

Lydia specializes in tackling complex problems with advanced analytics techniques, leveraging machine learning models, statistical methods, and large language models (LLMs) to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. With a strong foundation in both traditional machine learning and cutting-edge AI methodologies, she transforms raw data into strategic business intelligence and drives measurable outcomes.

Lydia holds a Master's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Business Statistics
